This easy sweet & spicy roasted cauliflower recipe makes a tasty, low carb appetizer or roasted side dish! With only 5 ingredients it’s so easy to whip up. Toss it on a sheet pan and it’s ready in no time!
The first time I made this was literally a last minute put together. It was super bowl Sunday. My husband and I had no plans, but I could tell he was bummed we had no plans. He isn’t even the slightest football fan but he is in it for the SNACKS! So before he came home before the game, I made sure I had some kind of appetizer spread on a whim.
We LOVE cauliflower appetizers when out at a restaurant so I looked around at what I had and I came up with this— pure deliciousness and SUPER easy! I highly recommend doubling this recipe because between the two of us this did not last long.
