Peanut Butter Banana Blender Muffins
Materials
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup 100% all-natural peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Dash of cinnamon
- Optional: fold in berries or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a *blender. I use my NutriBullet personal blender for this. The ingredients fit in perfectly and it’s quick to whip up without a big mess!
- Spoon the batter into a greased mini muffin pan.
- Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
*If you don’t have a blender, mixing by hand or in a mixer will work too!
Whenever I make these super easy peanut butter banana blender muffins, they don’t last long in my house. I usually end up having to double the recipe. The best part is I don’t feel guilty when they ask for another and another because of the healthy ingredients!
