No Bake Energy Balls Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup no added sugar chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

Makes approximately 18 energy balls.

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, natural peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the oats, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and flax seeds to the peanut butter mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated and form a thick, sticky dough.
  3. Using your hands, roll the dough into 18 bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spaced apart.
  5. Once all the dough has been rolled into balls, transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
