Ingredients:

Directions:

  • In a microwave safe bowl place mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, and stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds, then stir again.
  • Add almond flour and 1 egg to the mixture. Mix until well combined and form into a ball. You may need to use your hands to kneed the dough.

  • Slice dough into strips, long enough to go around a sausage.
  • Wrap each strip around a sausage and place on a silicone baking mat.

  • Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until tops are beginning to turn brown.

Dip Suggestions:

I recommend serving with no added sugar ketchup or your favorite mustard. I prefer stone ground or dijon mustard!
