Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

Step 1: Boil the Eggs

Start by boiling the eggs until they are hard-cooked. If you need a convenient egg cooker, we recommend the DASH Deluxe Rapid Egg Cooker, which makes boiling eggs a breeze. Once they are done, let them cool completely before peeling and chopping them into small, bite-sized pieces. Check out this chopper that makes chopping and dicing a breeze!

Step 2: Prepare the Dressing

In a mixing bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, white vinegar, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated, creating a creamy and flavorful dressing.

Step 3: Add the Goodness

Gently fold the chopped boiled eggs and dill pickles into the dressing. Ensure that every piece is coated with the delicious dressing, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures.

Step 4: Chill and Let the Flavors Marry

Place the egg salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Allowing it to chill not only enhances the flavors but also gives you a refreshing and cool salad that’s perfect for any occasion.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!

Once properly chilled, take out your Deviled Egg Salad from the refrigerator. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and some chopped fresh dill, if desired. Serve it on a bed of crisp lettuce, in sandwiches, or with your favorite crackers. Enjoy the creamy, tangy, and satisfying flavors of this simple yet delectable dish!
