Ditch the tortilla and turn your taco into a salad! Add your meat and toppings onto a bed of lettuce then dress up with salsa and sour cream as your “dressing”.
#2: Keto Taco Bowls with Cauliflower Rice
Another ditch the tortilla idea! Serve your tacos with cauliflower rice. We like to make cilantro lime cauliflower rice for our taco bowls and it is super easy to make! Microwave a frozen package of cauliflower rice (best keto hack ever & always a staple in our house). Toss into a skillet with a little avocado oil. Add in cilantro, lime juice and salt.
#3: Low Carb Tacos
Love just a traditional taco? No problem! There are numerous low carb options for tortillas these days! We love the Mission Brand, the zero net carb mini tortillas and the protein tortillas. Although, I have never tried them there is also Mr. Tortilla with only 1 net carb and they come in multiple flavors! You could also opt for Folio Cheese Wraps for your tortilla shell or even make your own keto tortilla from scratch.
