There’s something about that first sip of iced coffee in the morning that just hits right. But when you’re a busy mom on the go (and running on who knows how much sleep), getting a little protein in with that caffeine is a serious win in my book! This 2-ingredient high protein iced coffee has been my go-to lately, and it’s honestly so simple and so good!!

Why I Love This High Protein Iced Coffee
It keeps me full, tastes amazing, and takes less than a minute to make. And the best part? You don’t need any fancy equipment or ingredients. Just two things: cold brew coffee and a Premier Protein shake. That’s it! I personally love the Caramel flavor of Premier Protein—it makes the whole drink feel like a treat!
The 2 Ingredients You’ll Need
- Cold Brew Coffee – I like using Stok brand, but honestly, any store-bought or homemade cold brew works great.
- Premier Protein Shake – Caramel is my favorite for this, but Vanilla, Chocolate, or even the seasonal flavors would work too depending on your taste.
The Basic “Non-Recipe” Recipe
I’ll be honest—I don’t measure. I just pour until it looks right. But if you’re looking for a starting point, try this:
- 2/3 cup cold brew
- 1/3 cup Premier Protein Shake
- Ice
Then adjust from there. Like it creamier? Add more shake. Want it stronger? Pour in extra cold brew. It’s all about finding your perfect high protein iced coffee ratio.
Why This Works for Busy Mornings
This high protein iced coffee is such a mom-hack. You’re getting your caffeine fix and some protein without having to cook, blend, or clean up a bunch of dishes. It’s great for sipping while being on the go, making breakfast for the kids, loading the dishwasher, or sneaking in five quiet minutes before the day gets wild!
